"I want to study further, and become a doctor. But my father nor anybody else is unable to help, because they are not rich. So I have decided to work with the fishermen here, and earn some money to support my family" says eighteen years old Tharmalingam Mathirupan of Erinthamman Koyilady in Point Pedro-Jaffna.
