"I was displaced from Mylitty in 1990, due to war. I have eight children to take care, who are still young. I can't live like this for a long time. I want to go back to my own place and die there" says forty five years old Myilvaganam Thevadasan of Erinthamman Koyilady in Point Pedro-Jaffna.
